Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lacy Mae & Co! We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lacymaeandco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Incorrect Items If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right promptly.
