How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region:
- Ontario & Quebec: 3–5 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NFLD): 5–8 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–8 business days
- NWT, Nunavut & Yukon: 6–14 business days
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through Canada Post.

Are your bags really handcrafted?
Yes! Every bag is lovingly made by hand in small batches right here in Canada. No two bags are exactly alike — that's part of the charm.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of quality materials including faux leather, water-resistant canvas, and cotton linings. Each product listing includes the specific materials used for that bag.
How do I care for my bag?
For canvas bags, wipe clean with a damp cloth. For faux leather bags, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Do not machine wash.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and monitor calibrations. Some product photos also feature AI-assisted styling to showcase design details — the actual product is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return before sending anything back.

No — props and accessories shown in product photos (such as scarves, jewellery, plants, or other styling items) are for display purposes only and are not included with your bag.
